Tom Milligan

Pastor

Pastor Tom with his wife Jenny and sons are excited by the power of God to bring glory and honor to his name.  They responded to God’s call to serve the Lord at Little Britain in 2005 and have found joy in serving the Lord here.  Pastor Tom grew up in a pastor’s family the youngest of three boys.  He enjoyed growing up in the manse, but considered pursuing a different line of work.  God used a mission trip to Ukraine to call him to ministry, this call would be confirmed through the years leading up to seminary.  Pastor Tom clings to the saying that God doesn’t call the equipped but equips the called.

Pastor Tom graduated from Lancaster Christian School in 1996 and earned a B.A. from Grove City College in 2000.  He studied at Reformed Theological Seminary in Jackson, MS and went on to complete his M.Div. from Gordon-Conwell in South Hamilton, MA.  While in seminary he married Jenny who holds degrees from Gordon College as well as a M.A. from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary.  Together they have a passion for training disciples of Jesus, building up marriages, and advocating for adoption.  They are blessed with two sons to love and share God’s story with.  Pastor Tom enjoys traveling, especially to National Parks, riding his bicycle, and being with his family.

Peggy McCauley

Administrative Assistant

Peggy has been a member of Little Britain Presbyterian Church her whole life.  She has been our administrative assistant for the past 16 years and loves working with everyone here at LBPC. She has been an Elder, former Sunday School Teacher, and a Senior Choir member. Peggy and her husband, Allen live in beautiful Drumore and enjoy the country life. She retired from her full-time job in 2016 and when not working for the church, enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren. The best way to describe Peggy is her love for her Lord, Jesus Christ and willingness to help anyone who may need it.

Peggy Gordon

Choir Director

“Shout for joy to God, all the earth! Sing the glory of his name; make his praise glorious.” – Psalm 66:1-2

Music is a vital part of worship. The choir at Little Britain Presbyterian Church strives to enhance each worship service through our anthems. I have been a part of the choir most of my life, and have served as Choir Director for the past 20+ years. LBPC is blessed with a faithful choir, and new choir members are always welcome! My prayer is that God’s name will be praised through our music.

Rick Rineer

Organist

“Praise Him with stringed instruments and organs” – Psalm 150:4 (KJV)

My earliest recollection of the organ was around age five.  I grew up at Christiana United Methodist Church and we had a wonderful organist, whose playing made you want to sing.  I always tried to sit in the sanctuary where I could see the organist play.  Looking back, that was the seed God planted that started me on a path to bring God’s word in song. I am in my twelfth year as organist at Little Britain Presbyterian church.  Prior to coming to Little Britain, I served as Music Director for Avondale United Methodist and Union Presbyterian churches.  I have also had the pleasure of playing at many churches in the area and a few larger venues such as St. Patrick’s Cathedral in New York City and Longwood Gardens in Kennett Square. My prayer is that people will be drawn closer to God through music and that His name will be glorified.
